DAO YOGA
Dao Yoga combines Taoist practices, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and yoga flow to build strength, improve energy, and support self-healing. Breathwork, fascia activation, and joint alignment enhance vitality and balance for all fitness levels, with modifications available.
Shamanic Shadow Work
This guided shadow work session offers tools and techniques to explore your subconscious, release limiting beliefs, and transform emotional patterns. While the healing is deeply personal, the group setting provides support, accountability, and a safe space for meaningful inner work.
Tarot Reading Certificate Private Coaching Class
This one-on-one tarot course is tailored to your experience level and focuses on intuitive reading techniques rather than memorization. With personalized coaching, practical exercises, and guided practice, you’ll build confidence in reading any deck — no prior experience required.
